“I believe every person deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to heal and grow — and that meaningful change is possible for everyone.”
Victoria Hyne-Jones is a compassionate and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist based at The Lotus Centre in Brookvale, NSW. With a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments, Victoria brings both professional expertise and genuine human warmth to every therapeutic relationship.
Victoria holds registration with PACFA (Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia) as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and is an approved Victim Services Counsellor with the NSW Government — reflecting her training and commitment to supporting survivors of trauma, abuse, and violence.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply client-centred. Victoria draws on a range of evidence-based modalities — including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed care — to tailor each session to the unique needs and goals of the individual.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or the aftermath of trauma, Victoria is here to walk alongside you — at your pace, in your own time.
How We Work
A foundational approach that recognises the widespread impact of trauma and integrates this knowledge into all therapeutic work.
A skills-based therapy that helps clients manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build a life worth living.
Helps clients develop psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values.
Explores how early attachment experiences shape current relationships and emotional patterns, fostering secure connection.
A transformative approach that works with different parts of the self to promote healing, self-compassion, and inner harmony.
A humanistic approach that places the client at the centre of the therapeutic process, fostering self-discovery and growth.
A goal-directed approach that focuses on solutions and strengths rather than problems, building momentum toward positive change.
A collaborative, person-centred approach that strengthens motivation and commitment to change.
